How can I shop Cargo Room?
Since the trailer is always zooming around the city we now offer several ways to shop. Please see our calendar of events by visiting the Find The Trailer page to locate the trailer’s public outings. You can also book the trailer to come to you and all your friends, reserve a one-on-one shopping session, or book a private shopping party at our exclusive Showroom space by emailing heather@shopcargoroom.com or by visiting the Book The Boutique page.

How can I get product exclusives or up-to-date trailer locations?
Join in on the fun by signing up for our mailing list {sign up list on home page}. You will receive sneak peeks of new arrivals, get exclusive VIP offers, and the inside scoop on all upcoming trailer and Showroom events.
 
Are all your items inside of the container for sale online?
Although I do vow to do my absolute best to get as many goodies online as possible, unfortunately for those of you afar, not every item available inside the container will be listed online for purchase; however, if you want to snag an item that you saw on Instagram that isn’t available to add to your online shopping cart just leave us a comment and we can mail you a separate invoice via Shopify.
 
Will I receive a tracking number after placing my order?
If you are like us, we love to watch our package’s journey to our mailbox, so after placing your order you will receive a shipment confirmation, which includes expected delivery date and tracking information.

 

Can I order something online and pick it up at the Pink Container?

We hate shipping costs and we are sure you do too, so if you are located in the Oklahoma City metro area feel free to select the pickup option at checkout to save a few bucks and get yourself a donut instead!

 

What if my item does not fit?
We know with online shopping not everything will be a perfect fit, so we promise to make the exchange process as easy as possible. Please see full exchange policy by visiting our Return Policy page.
 
What if my item is damaged?
We hope this never happens, but sometimes accidents occur, so if your item is shipped to you damaged, please notify us within 2 day of delivery at hello@shopcargoroom.com with a photo of the damaged item. If we have your size still in stock we will ship out the new item to you free of charge, if not, we can replace your item with another style or refund you for the damaged item.
 
Can I exchange items purchased online back to the Pink Container?
Absolutely! If an item purchased online just isn’t working, we want to make the exchange process as simple as possible. Just shoot us an email at hello@shopcargoroom.com within 7 days of delivery for further instructions.
