Please keep in mind that our size chart is for general purposes only. Sizes may vary. We vow to do our very best to try-on every article of clothing and talk with every customer, not just because those are the fun parts, but so we can get a true depiction of size. We will let you know in the product descriptions if an item runs large, small or just right! For further details or assistance on sizing, please contact us here.

MEASURING TIPS


For the most accurate measurements, use a cloth tape measure, stand up straight and wear tighter fitting clothing. For bust measurement, measure the circumference around your chest over the fullest part of your bust and under your arms. For waist measurement, measure the circumference around your natural waistline approximately over your belly button. For hip measurement, measure the circumference around the fullest part of your hips.

If you see something you can’t live without on social media that you’d like to purchase but can’t find it online, please leave us a comment or send an email to hello@shopcargoroom.com and we’ll create an order and ship it to you.

If you are like us, we love to watch our package’s journey to our mailbox, so after placing your order you will receive a shipment confirmation, which includes expected delivery date and tracking information.

We hate shipping costs and we are sure you do too, so if you are located in the Oklahoma City area feel free to select the pickup option at checkout to save a few bucks and get yourself a donut instead!

We hope this never happens, but sometimes accidents occur, so if your item is shipped to you damaged, please notify us within 2 days of delivery at hello@shopcargoroom.com with a photo of the damaged item. If we have your size still in stock we will ship out the new item to you free of charge, if not, we can replace your item with another style or refund you for the damaged item.

Absolutely! If an item purchased online just isn’t working, we want to make the exchange process as simple as possible. Just shoot us an email at hello@shopcargoroom.com within 7 days of delivery for further instructions.
