Return Policy

Our Return Policy is pretty standard, but just as a refresher let’s go over some key points to remember: 

 

  • A return request must be submitted within 7 days after delivery {please see below for return request instructions}. A return shipment must be made within 14 days after delivery. Your refund will be applied to your original form of payment for the cost of the item. Refunds will not be granted until the shipment has been received and the return approved.

  • Items must be returned in original condition, meaning unworn, unwashed, scent free with tags still attached. If an item is received with signs of wear or damage, the package will be returned to the sender and a refund will not be issued.

  • Original shipping fees are NON-refundable and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility {unless item arrives damaged, then please email hello@shopcargoroom.com within two days of delivery for further instructions}. Please remember that if you are receiving a refund then your refund will only reflect the original cost of the item and will not include the original shipping fees.

  • Although we try our absolute best to catch any product defects, we may miss a few here and there. If you receive an item that is damaged please report the damages within two days of delivery to hello@shopcargoroom.com. Please attach a photo of the damages with your email. If we have your size still in stock we will ship out the new item to you free of charge, if not, we can replace your item with another style or refund you in full {original shipping fees included} for the damaged item. Please note, if we are not notified within two days of delivery, then a damaged item may no longer quality for a refund.

  • Final sale items include: jewelry and items purchased under the “Sale” section. If you are eyeing an item that does not qualify for a refund, feel free to give me a call. I am happy to answer any fit questions and can also send you a try-on video to help with your decision.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods while in transit, so we highly recommend using a shipping service with tracking information available. 

  

RETURN REQUEST INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Visit the “Return Center” tab on our home page or click here to take you to our returns portal.
  2. Fill in your order number and the email used when placing your online order.
  3. Once your order is pulled up, use the drop-down menu to select the items you are requesting a refund for.
  4. Select a reason for the return. If selecting “other” please leave us a comment in the notes box provided below.
  5. Select how you would like to resolve the return. Refunds will be given back to the original form of payment; shipping charges will not be refunded. Exchanges are available; however, we cannot guarantee that the exact item will be available. Feel free to contact us at hello@shopcargoroom.comto confirm product availability prior to submitting your request.
  6. After submitting you will receive an email confirming that your return request has been submitted along with an RMA#.
  7. Once your request has been approved you will receive a second email containing return instructions. If you plan on shipping the item back you can add tracking details to your request. If you opt to return your items to our shop, please send us an email at hello@shopcargoroom.comto let us know.
  8. Once the items are received back in our shop you will receive an email confirming that your items have been received and that your refund is in progress.
  9. Lastly, you will receive an email once your refund has been complete. Refunds may take up to 7 days to appear on your original form of payment; however, please notify us immediately if your refund has not posted within 10 days.

 

OTHER NOTES:

If you wish to return an item purchased online back to our store, please still fill out the return request online, then email us at hello@shopcargoroom.comto let us know that you “Will Return to Store” along with your RMA#. You are free to return the item within the 14 day window to our store at 1015 N Broadway Ave #100, Oklahoma City, OK 73102.
